3. Not a Therapeutic Provider-Patient Relationship

Any interactions, including but not limited to emails, forms, or other correspondence, are not considered therapeutic or confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise in a formal agreement with a licensed professional. A provider-patient relationship is established only after Tomorrow’s Hope has accepted you as a patient, you have completed all required intake and consent documentation, and a licensed provider has undertaken to provide professional services to you. Tomorrow’s Hope is not obligated to accept any individual as a patient merely because that individual submits information or requests an appointment through the Website.
4. Minors
The Website is intended for use by adults and by parents or legal guardians seeking information or services for a minor. A minor should not independently submit personal or health information through the Website without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, except when applicable law permits the minor to consent independently to the relevant healthcare service. Tomorrow’s Hope does not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without legally valid consent or another lawful basis. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please call 911, 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or seek immediate medical attention in the nearest Emergency room. This website should not be used for any mental health or psychiatric emergency. Tomorrow’s Hope does not provide emergency services, continuous monitoring, or on-call or after-hours services. Tomorrow’s Hope makes reasonable efforts to address all after-hours communications via email, website, or phone by the next business day.
7. What Constitutes a Mental Health Crisis or Psychiatric Emergency
A psychiatric emergency is a sudden disturbance or change in a person’s thoughts, behavior, or mood that poses an immediate risk of harm to themselves or others, requiring immediate intervention that is beyond what routine services provide. Signs that this may be occurring are thoughts or statements of wanting to harm themselves or someone else with a plan or intent, extreme agitation, violent behavior, substance-induced crisis, or a noticeable inability to function, requiring immediate intervention or urgent care to ensure safety and prevent deterioration. It is highly recommended that you take immediate action.

8. Website Access and Account Security
Practice may modify, suspend, withdraw, restrict, or discontinue all or any portion of the Website, or any feature or material made available through it, temporarily or permanently, at any time. The Practice does not guarantee that the Website or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. By using the Website, you acknowledge the collection, use, and disclosure practices described in that policy. Do not use general Website contact forms, ordinary email, text messages, or social media to submit emergency information, urgent clinical concerns, or sensitive medical or mental health information unless the Practice specifically directs you to use that communication method. Although the Practice uses reasonable safeguards for systems under its control, no internet-based transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information collected in connection with patient care or other clinical services may constitute protected health information and will be handled in accordance with the Practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable federal and state healthcare privacy laws. Such information is not governed solely by the Website Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms or the Website Privacy Policy limits the Practice’s obligations under HIPAA, the Texas Medical Records Privacy Act, or other applicable privacy or data-security laws.

10. Prescriptions and Medication Management Information
Information on the Website does not constitute a prescription or guarantee that any medication will be prescribed. Medication may be prescribed only after an appropriate clinical evaluation and when the treating provider determines that it is clinically indicated, safe, appropriate, and permitted under applicable law. Tomorrow’s Hope may require additional records, testing, monitoring, an in-person evaluation, or compliance with a separate medication agreement, and may decline to prescribe or continue any medication or refer a patient to another provider or level of care.
11. Telehealth
The Practice offers services provided via telehealth upon request by the patient, as permitted by law, and determined by the treating provider to be clinically appropriate. Telehealth services are provided via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform through the Practice’s Electronic Health Record (EHR). Telehealth services are delivered remotely and are not a substitute for in-person care when an in-person evaluation or treatment is clinically necessary.
12. Third-Party Websites and Social Media
Tomorrow’s Hopemay maintain accounts on or provide links to third-party websites and social-media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. These accounts and links are provided for informational and convenience purposes and do not necessarily constitute the Practice’s endorsement of the third party or its content.
Tomorrow’s Hope does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or platform. Your use of a third-party website or platform is governed by that third party’s terms of use and privacy policies. Information submitted or posted through social media may be accessible to the platform, other users, or the public. You should not use social media to submit confidential health information, request treatment or medication, communicate an urgent clinical concern, or seek emergency assistance. Communications through social media do not establish a provider-patient relationship and may not be monitored or answered promptly.

Termination of a provider-patient relationship will be handled separately in accordance with applicable law and the Practice’s clinical policies.

Tomorrow’s Hope, PLLC (“Practice”, “TH” “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. These vendors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements (Business Associate Agreements) and federal law to protect your PHI. Audio data processed by these tools is used solely to generate clinical drafts for provider review and is deleted according to strict security protocols.
