Feeling Stuck?

Maybe you’re functioning. You go to school, go to work, and show up, but everything feels harder than it should.

Maybe you are overthinking constantly. Struggling to focus. Losing motivation. Feeling irritable, overwhelmed, or emotionally flat.

For parents, it may look like watching your teen withdraw, struggle academically, or lose confidence, unsure what changed.

Feeling stuck doesn’t mean that something is “wrong” with you. It often means something needs attention.

Tomorrow’s Hope Begins Here!

I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care.

Let Me HelpYou!

I’m Cindy Hargrove, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, patient-centered care for adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults across Texas.

I believe true wellness goes beyond symptom management. It’s not the absence of symptoms or suffering. It’s about feeling empowered, grounded, and confident at every stage of life.

At Tomorrow’s Hope, meaningful mental health care begins with listening. Every person’s story, challenges, and strengths are unique — and treatment should reflect that. My approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders, including both biological and emotional influences.

Mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, but with the right support and understanding, meaningful change is possible. My commitment is to help patients move toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Prior to specializing in psychiatric mental health, I practiced as a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner for twenty-eight years caring for children and adolescents. This experience provided a strong foundation in understanding developmental stages, family dynamics, and the unique challenges young people face as they grow. My goal is to help adolescents and young adults navigate physical, emotional, and mental health difficulties early so they can move into adulthood with greater confidence and stability. This commitment is at the heart of the care provided at Tomorrow’s Hope.

I have experience with patients battling trauma, substance use disorders, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and long-term untreated disorders. Schedule a consultation today, and let me help you move forward with confidence, and hope!

My Approach

I believe mental health care should focus on the whole person, not just a set of challenges. Emotional well-being is shaped by many parts of life such as relationships, daily routines, school, work, and physical health. Addressing these areas together helps get to the root cause of concerns to create stronger, lasting progress.

I also believe hope plays an essential role in growth. Even when challenges feel discouraging, small steps forward can lead to meaningful change over time. Progress may feel slow or hard to see at times, and I will support you every step of the way.

At Tomorrow’s Hope, the goal is to help people gain understanding, build skills, and develop resilience so they can navigate life with greater confidence without pressure or unrealistic expectations.
