Services
Thoughtful, Personalized Mental Health Care
Support that may include therapy, practical coping skills, lifestyle management, and medication when appropriate.
If you’re a teen or young adult looking for support, this is a space where your voice matters and your experiences are taken seriously.
My Services
At Tomorrow’s Hope, care goes beyond prescriptions. Every treatment plan is tailored to the person, combining psychotherapy, lifestyle support, education, and medication when appropriate. Care is centered on creating an environment where each person feels comfortable sharing and being open about your life and how it is being impacted. Your voice and perspective matter!
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults to create a plan that fits their needs, goals, and lifestyle.
More Than Medication
Many people assume mental health care is primarily about medication. While medication can help, it’s only one part of a comprehensive plan. I believe that everything we consume, liefestyle practices, social choices, and home and occupational environments contribute to our overall well-being.
My Approach includes:
Therapy
Evidence-based therapy helps people develop coping skills, build emotional insight, and navigate daily challenges. I can provide you with referrals for therapy if we determine that it would benefit your healing.
Lifestyle & Wellness Support
Small changes in sleep, nutrition, exercise, and daily routines can have a big impact on overall mental health. Nutritional supplementation plays a key role in long-term wellness.
Education & Skill-Building
Understanding challenges, learning practical strategies, and building life skills helps people feel more confident and in control.
Medication When Appropriate
Medication can be part of care, but it is only one layer of restoration and balance. Decisions are made with respect to the feelings and goals of the patient, with careful monitoring, and ongoing discussion.
GeneSight Psychotropic Testing
This is a pharmacogenomic test that analyzes how your DNA affects your ability to metabolize and use psychiatric medications. It is a simple cheek swab that helps me choose medications and doses with less trial and error.
Who I Support
Adolescents
Support for school challenges, friendships, emotional regulation, and identity development.
Adults
Care for mood, anxiety, stress, and life adjustments, with a focus on practical strategies and long-term wellbeing.
College Students & Young Adults
Guidance through transitions like college, independence, work, and relationships.
For Teens and Parents
Talking about mental health can feel uncomfortable at first. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe asking questions, sharing what you’re going through, and being part of decisions about your care.
Your thoughts and experiences matter. Together, we will work on understanding the hard things, building practical coping skills, and finding ways to help you feel more confident moving forward. I will honor your privacy, but if safety is a concern, I will take the necessary steps to safeguard your life.
Supporting an adolescent or young adult through emotional challenges can feel overwhelming. My role is to provide guidance, understanding, and practical strategies while working with both the patient and the family when appropriate.
Care is designed to balance a young person’s need for privacy with the importance of parental support, helping families communicate and move forward together.
* Special Circumstances with a minor child *
If the parents of a minor child are divorced and there is a court order regarding mental health services or medical treatment, such as a custody order, you must provide a copy of the court order. If there is no custody court order, you may proceed as usual, nothing more needs to be done.
If a parent cannot be contacted to give consent, you will need to sign an affidavit stating that the child’s other parent cannot be contacted to give consent or affirm in writing that they have the right to consent.
If both parents are required to consent for mental health evaluation/treatment of a minor child with a custody court order and the provider is informed by the other parent that they do NOT consent, I will need to cease treatment of the minor. It is recommended in such cases that both parents attend the evaluation and treatment so that both parents have the opportunity to ask questions and be a part of the education for a full understanding of the evaluation process and the treatment recommendation(s). This is important to avoid any delay in your minor child receiving treatment and restoring their optimal functioning.
